I don't recommend this product for the 99up F250, F350 Superdutys with 2WD. The alignment is next to impossible on the 2WD I-Beam trucks, you can count on having custom drop brackets made to bring everything back into alignment.
To further complicate matters, the poly material these are made of does not support the weight of the diesel motor and begin to sag after a few hundred miles. My truck has had to be realigned three times as the weight kept making the lift blocks sag.
If you have a gas motor you won't have the sag, but you will need to invest in some camber adjusters, go to your alignment shop and talk to them first. They can make it work, but its going to be expensive to get it right.
