(More customer reviews)The lifts worked fine for the first two months. Then one side broke and went flat. The company, Air Lift, ignored my emails. Why do they offer email support and then not answer? I have an odd schedule and have not been able to call them so I tried the email support - no answer. Bottom line: under very light use, the lift only lasted a few months. Then being ignored by their customer support, well, that is what upset me the most.
